2. What data we collect

Contact form: when you submit the site's contact form, we collect your name, email address, business or website name, package of interest, and the message you write.

Server logs: like any website, our hosting provider automatically logs technical information for security and stability purposes (e.g. IP address, browser type, timestamp). We do not use this data for tracking or profiling.

Cookies & analytics: this site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

3. Why we process it

We use the data you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and prepare the requested site/SEO audit. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract) and, for server logs, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website).

4. Who else sees it

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and process inquiries, each acting as a processor on our behalf:

• Supabase — stores contact form submissions in a private database.
• n8n / Google (Gmail) — used internally to notify us by email when a new inquiry arrives.
• Vercel — hosts this website.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a reasonable business record, and delete or anonymize them thereafter unless a longer period is required by law.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction or deletion of that data
• Request restriction of, or object to, processing
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority
